<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>The purpose of this job is to accomplish the strategies of the effective production process of solvent base paint by ensuring all the relevant activities are in the most effective and efficient manner.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>To ensure the raw material is issued as per the process order.</li><li>To prepare optimized manpower and machinery utilization plan.</li><li>To perform associated transactions in SAP.</li><li>To communicate with other cross-functional teams regarding material availability & production.</li><li>To implement different projects & KAIZENs within the deadline.</li><li>To prepare reports on important job efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Manpower, Batch Variance, etc at regular intervals.</li><li>To train the departmental workforce and coordinate with Maintenance Department with a view to minimizing maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.</li><li>To maintain work efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Processing Cost, Yield Variance, Batch variance, Right-First-Time, etc. as per the target set by Management.</li><li>To ensure a safe working environment at the workplace.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Educational Qualification & Experience:</p><ul><li>B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any well-reputed university.</li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Deadline: 27 May 2023</p>
